What happened to RP
When I first started on this site it had a thriving RPing community, it was full of new good ideas, constant posting, and long expanding stories. However as time went on it seemed less and less people made new RPs, and the ones who did gave up on the idea after just starting it. Or people who would join dropped out. What happened to it. I've tried other sites for it but I was hoping this one would always revive and be what it used to be, and I still am, but why did it get the way it was in the first place?

Having moderated this very same RP forum for over 7 years, I can tell you it cycles. Typically in the summer it gets active again, but as the school year rolls on people get more and more busy with that.
Once school gets out it should be better.

The RP forum isn't inactive, we have a very active and thriving community, we are dedicated to what we love doing. At the moment we are just preparing for summer break, and most of the activity at the moment comes from the RP Groups, which me and a few Roleplaying friends frequently visit to keep each other updated when we can and cannot post.
But yeah, like Xeno said, during the summer, RP'ing will thrive alot, just like the first summer when I joined in 2008 to start RP'ing for the first time. There are a few RP's in the works at the moment as well, which will bring forth more RP'ing from everybody who is dedicated to the RP forums  .So keep yours eyes peeled and be patient for more quality RP'ing soon! I think, as previous posters and Xeno said, it will get more active in the summer. If I have a lot of free time (read: if I feel like it) I'll return to the RP forums again and have some fun with you guys. Not like anyone wants to see my face of course.
