In a post-apocolyptic U.S.A, there is a force of evil, the Enclave, and a force of good, the Brotherhood of Steel. You, my friend, are none. You are an Outcast, a mix of B.O.S, Enclave, Raider, Talon Company, etc. You are a new Outcast, still remembering your skills as a B.O.S, but you must learn to be more harsh and less "perfect". You must decide your fate, to live or die, evil or good.

Armor:Recon, Tesla, or Power

Recon:Fast, nimble, and weak. Comes with automatic stealth if you move slowly or stay still. Cannot use big guns. Laser and bullet guns recommended. Small melee weapons only (no sledgies).

Tesla: Medium Armor, powered to reflect some BULLETS by electricity. Also a great melee deflector. Can use big guns, but will have great recoil. Using laser weapons do greater damage because of the electricity from the armor. Can use all guns and melee.

Power Armor: Slow, heavy, powerful. Cannot run very fast and you cannot use stealth boys. Great to use miniguns or gatling lasers with it, since the armor will hold you down. Most prefer this armor, but not all.

Field Scientist - Recon Armor, Laser Weapons. Can control 1 animal, excluding Yao Guai and DeathClaws.
Engineer - Metal Armor, Combat Shotgun, 10mm pistol. Uses Outcast Robots and can hijack rogue robots if hidden.
Medic - Recon armor and a energy pistol. Heals with healing gun. Can make stimpacks.
Flamer - Hellfire Armor, Flamer, Laser Pistol
Ghost - Chinese Cloak Armor. Trench knife, NVG(Night Vison Goggles), and Silenced Assault Rifle. Can hack computers up to Hard. Can un-lock any lock though.
Sword Specialist - Can repair weapons with out looking (Ok, maybe a peek) Limited weapon and armor skills though
Shield Specialist - Can repair armor without sweating (Ok maybe one drop) Limited weapon and armor skills though
Quill Specialist - Can read any language and hack any computer. Cant do crap with combat. (Maybe 2 punches, but thats it!)
Demolitions - Pro skills with explosives. Heavy Armor, lots-a bombs, and Chinese Assault Rifle
Sniper - Pro skills with sniping. Needs spotter, unless urban fight. Recon, Sniper, 10mm
Spotter - Pro skills with navigation. Needed by a Sniper, unless urban fight. Chinese Assault Rifle, Nades, 10mm

Bio: A battle-hardened man, with a very mysterious past. No one knows his last name, and there is a betting pool to figure it out.
He joined the B.O.S when he was 22, and defected to the Outcasts when he was 27. Many of his friends, even his best friend, were either captured by Super Mutants, or blown to pieces by the Enclave. He is quiet and only yells when needed. He is a great leader and ALL of the Outcasts respect him.
Appearance: Asian, medium hair, 6' 1", friendly face.

Major Tom had just woken up, when he heard an argument go on outside the Fort. He went to check it out from his window. It was between Privates Johnson and Williams. They were arguing about who had the real last name of Tom.
"You're both wrong!" screamed Tom, who then laughed.
The young privates went back inside mumbling angrily. Apparantly, the pool had gone up to about 104900 Caps, more than anyone could imagine.
Major Tom washed his face and went to go get something to eat.
"One squirrel please, Mark" asked Tom
"On the house, Major!, which Mark said happily. How's your day so far, sir?"
"Preeety funny so far. Johnson and Williams were arguing about who had my last name."
They both laughed for a while. Tom finished his squirrel and went to put on his armor. He went on a stroll around the Fort but then heard a faint explosion. He paused for a second and then heard voices. Voices of Super Mutants. Tom rushed back to the base and pressed the alarm. The entire Fort alert. Major took his Gatling Laser and started to spray at the Brutes. About a raiding party of 50 Brutes and 2 Behemoths. The Behemoths were trying knock down the gate. Someone had to do something. Tom took a Fatman, shot it, and hit one of the Behemoths head-on. Its head was gone, as well as a fraction of the gate. The other Behemoth started to rip the gate apart. The Outcasts were losing men fast. Taking out more Brutes with his Laser, he had forgot about the plasma grenades.
"Grenades! I forgot!" He thought. "Outcasts! Use grenades and missiles! Hurry, GO GO GO!!"
After another hour or two, the battle was over. All the Mutants were dead, and 1/3 of the Outcasts were dead as well. Johnson was dead, Williams blown in half, and Mark lost a leg. Tom took a well earned nights sleep...
