This isnt a thread to explain how much of a hard body or damimtough person you are.
But, in reality what makes a person a good fighter? Blind rage and hitting really hard? Or just being a calm individual and reading your opponent? I mean, to me, if a person is really really good at dodging you should never have to worry about losing a fight, because not getting hit is always better than being hit right? I used to see fights daily after school and in the locker room, what really weird is alot of the dudes bragged that they were all tough and godly at fighting, but in reality, they were the first to *look away* and swing, and just hope it lands ( for reference the wind mill). Thats like the worst thing to do, its like closing your eyes while shooting a gun. Body shots are pretty dangerous, mainly your solar plexus, and the sides of your abdomen.. though ive never seen anyone swing below the head in a street fight.. Then again, guns are always a sure win in a street fight..just hope you use it, cause theyre gonna come back with a gun and will most likely use it So.. in your opinions, what makes a person good at fighting? |

A good fighter is someone who fights for something they believe in.
They don't have to be built like a rock or agile like a ninja. They just have to believe in the reason and purpose. And be able to justify themselves with more than just fists. Use your legs too...oh and your head.

Unless you happen to fight for sport(Martial Arts, Boxing, etc) or happen to be in a culture that revolves around certain fighting styles (like the Shaolin Monks) the honor card doesn't apply. |
