At least he jerked at nighttime. What I happened to see was at daylight in Amsterdam.
While me and my friends were waiting for the busstop, a black guy next to us had his hands in his crotch. Then he pulled his thing out of his jeans and began to play with it.
We were like: 'How can you get excited without seeing nude'.
In the end we left and took the street-car.
Some people are sick in their minds, seriously....
