lol text is what can turn a meteokre sig into a godly 1 and ppl usually base text like 30-50% on their rating

I like it. The colors are nice, but the render is hard to see. Text needs a lot of work, improve that and it will look really good.

This is why I don't rate sigs. People often confused constructive critism with flaming. I mean why do you ask people to rate it if your not going to take their advice to fix it?
