Hey Community I don't know if Tera is in open beta or closed beta so could you pls tell me? And if there is a way to still participate tell me.

Well it's in korean language I guess so you know how I can participate? Seriously I dont think I can fill out these forms of payment in this language ^^

most (if not all) korean games don't support international credit cards or paypal, so unless you have a card that was issued by a korean bank or can get ahold of a korean gamecard, you won't be able to pay for it (at least not through official channels)
