So, I can concentrate on my stomach, or mid-section of my body, and have this sudden feel of a rush going through my body, but it only lasts as long as I can concentrate it to last.
When I do this it requires my entire concentration, so I can't think of moving my fingers or anything like this. I just remembered that I was able to do this since I was like 6 years old, and never really found out what it was and if other people could do this too. |

It sounds like all you're doing is raising the pressure in your head or something and thinking that you're actually concentrating on your mid section. If not, you're a super hero.

I know what you're talking about and I haven't been able to explain it either. Sometimes when I'm angry, I focus on the direct midsection of my stomach and before I know it I'll be calm again.
I think it has something to do with the adrenal glands and a sudden hormone that can allow it to be released. |
