Err, my lv25 skill (Is that the one called lighting?) is only at level 1 so far. I usually max out interesting passives in mmorpgs, that I know will help me in the long run. That's why I focused on the magic critical hit passive.
As a matter of fact, I am saving some skill points now and will decide what to do with them after class changing into Wizard at lv30.
Can't wait to see what requirements the Wizard skills have.
