Not really sure (someone correct me on this if I am incorrect) but it means the server is filled, attempting to log in multiple times waiting for an empty slot seems to make you be able to get in. Though as I've said before, I'm not entirly sure.
That aside, anyone know anything about rogues? Made a rogue and necromancer on the test realm and it seems like that have some sort of 'point' system and I can't even use the abilities that, from reading their description, would benefit from this system.
