I also enjoyed GTA IV, though I liked the previous games as well.

GTA 4 was the most overrated pile of turd I ever had the misfortune to purchase.

They took what made GTA good and removed it all and replaced it with try-hard graphics and physics (Which where not even that good btw), one of the worst attempts at multiplayer and simply the worst game story in the GTA series ever.

GTA3 was fresh, it was groundbreaking and simply amazing when you first played that, we all remember the excitement of stealing our first car or ****ing THEN murdering a prostitute for lulz. Or just roaming about finding glitches and bugs or secret places.

Then vice city came along and made you feel like you was in one of those great 80s movies and a total boss, you could buy houses and everything. The world felt alive and "there".

Then we got san andreas, which took the best of all the previous games in the series and times it by a thousand. With just the right ammount of RPG seasoning to make it truly great.

No serious fan of the series considers GTA4 anything other than a huge disappointment.
