Ok so i just swapped my Geforce nvidia 460 gtx card for my friends Radeon 5850 black edition and now after playing World of Warcraft on the settings my nvidia card was playing on it lags? like im getting totaly random lag spikes and its really annoying. The Radeon is a better card tho i dont understand why im lagging on this damn game on max. Also my friend is playing the game on max with a 9800gtx + with no lagg same settings as mine and mine looks all choppy and shitty

9/10 chances it's driver related.
Remove the nvidia drivers. Reboot. Install AMD drivers. You might need to look around in order to know which drivers are best to use now, because AMD has a great reputation with drivers. :/
