It doesn't really matter which version it is.
Any newer video card will work fine with it.

Also I looked up your power supply model and found the measurements for it.

The power supply I listed should fit in the case and work fine.

The black slot is the PCI-Express x16 it has a clip on the end which holds a piece of the card into place so remember if you ever take the card out you have to pull back the piece of the clip to release the card safely.

Here is the slot with the clip.

And here is a video card where the slotted part meets the clips.
