Try changing your unicode (system locale) to kr so I can translate the error for you. You should of been able to play unless they had a quick spot maintenance.
EDIT:: just checked they having maintenance atm it'll end in 2 hours...
ALSO since they working on skill balancing again in this maintenance we get another skill reset. this time as an item though which lasts til next month on the 5th.
EDIT2:: maintenance is now done.. check your mail for skill reset item.
