Those are the best parts. Buildings crumbling around you, sniper bullets whizzing past. God the sound effects, and overall immersion of battlefield is just truly insane. I will NEVER play another call of duty game ever.

Half the soldiers don't run around with rocket launchers or shoot you in the face 5m away with a grenade launcher. And more often than not, the sniper bullets don't whiz past, they hit you, because sniping in the game is nothing like sniping in real life. That is not real combat, and that's why it feels unbalanced and screwed up, to me at least.

It's not that it to distil down into a super realistic combat simulator, because that would be boring. I just think it needs to rethink what its combat dynamics ought to be like and readjust accordingly.
