apparently he stole candy and this was on the news from the netherlands. these people arent the police. i'm surprised people do this shit since we are in an age where cellphone cameras are one of the rulers of the world and everyone has them. what if your employer gives a damn and sees this? or you make it on the news and people recognize you? this is the worst case of discipline or corrupted "vigilante justice".

disgusting pigs.
I hope they fry in hell for this. no one deserves this type of treatment for stealing ****ing candy. ****ing assholes. the thing that really bugs me.. is that... sure stealing is wrong.. but has no one in that crowd ever not steal? like cmon... its a poor kid... and i dont get it.. where are his parents?

hes from XinJiang right? the way his haircut/pattern is he looks chinese. Apparently stealing happens alot in Xinjiang.
