Default I'm pretty happy with myself.



I started, hmm, well not exactly a diet, more like I changed my bad habits and started eating healthy food (lol, carbs) and moderating myself when it comes to bread, which is like my number #1 weakness. Also, sweets no more!

A month later I'm ~15 lbs lighter. I'm not terrible overweight, but I do have somewhat of a belly and those evil love handles that won't go away, THEY WON'T.

Might not seem like much but I live in a house full of overweight people, so it took me a lot of willpower.

So guys, what have you done lately that made you happy about yourselves?

Good Job.

I started eating more vegetables and fruits and such. I'm not fat or anything in fact the opposite but I'm sure even though I wasn't it wasn't healthy how I rarely would be gettin any of dem greens.

Also started exercising every weekday and I finished reading a book that I was reading off and on. (Even though it was mainly due to boredom : 3)

And try to motivate your family to lose some weight too.

Congrats~
I need to calm down on the sweets... I'm a little overweight, and thus am deemed the fat one among a few of my skinny *** friends.

Y'know, I'm actually struggling to think of anything that's made me really happy about myself recently :S
I'm just trudging along right now. Motivation, strike me now!

Good on you man, I need your will power!

I really need to start doing some activity to get fit again, I'm hardly what you'd call overweight but I'm starting to get really unfit since I started my job. I'm pretty much in a seated possition all week. On weekends I'm pretty good but it's not enough. I need the will power to do a run each night after work. Instead I sit on my *** and relax and play games.

Oh I have. But my mom and pretty much everyone else on my family is the kind of people that gift sweets and cake and stuff like that. It's like "Hey look I found your favorite kind of pop tart while I was shopping and got you 3 boxes!", I mean, it's a nice gesture and all, but knowing that there's all that deliciousness in my house is pretty... uh, tempting.

Started going to the gym and workout 3-4 times each week too lose some weight to build some muscles but feel less happy about my self sometimes my bro keeps acting like *** towards me

Nice job dude! It actually surprises me how many people think bread and other carbs are actually really healthy(in turn eating alot of carbs).
The best diet(health wise) is the one where you are only limited by portion size..excluding obvious things like fast food.
