Just a quick change on Snow's build.
Make sure that case has more than just a back fan. Case airflow is very important. I would get a cheaper power supply like this. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371044 I would also go for cheaper RAM like this. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231426 For thermal compound I would go for Arctic Cooling MX4 It's better than Arctic Silver 5 and MX4 is non conductive so you don't have to worry about spilling it on electronics and destroying your hardware. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...0cooling%20mx4 For the hard drive I would go for a non OEM version if you don't have the sata cable already.
