Hello, just looking for anything new.
(no action mmo)

Minimum Qualification:

Good Content
Good player Base
Optional but 2.5d or 3-D
Best if Fantasy Base

Must:
F2P

Can't go wrong with Runes of Magic if you want straight up F2P. If you want a F2P game with P2P quality, try Age of Conan, though he limitations might bother you (they didn't bother me).
