1. Wrong, the mature is different from the maturity your thinking of. Japan just doesn't really care much for their future generations (eg. the kids of today), even game and variety shows have little girls out there in skimpy bikini.
2. Of course, Japanese and American culture is different. Like I said above Japan has been infected with that sort of stuff way before US has.
3. I may had worded it, I should had maybe said "Night" instead. My bad on that one, late night would had been around 10~11pm. But it's really aired around 8pm.
4. Do you even know what "Shounen" means? It means Youth or Teen, it's for kids around age 11+. The category "Children" is/can be aged around 6~10 years old, while Teen is 11~17. So please...stop getting the term children and teen mixed up in your own head. I don't care how old you are(I know you gonna bit*h to me about this later, and possibly calling me a Kid), but that's what the general public would see it.

It's just the way it is, it's good to have a laugh sometimes(I guess even KUBO didn't think he would keep BLEACH as a Battle Manga for long, as it could lose Fans). And making it "cute" sometimes helps spreading the Fame of BLEACH to more types of Ages and Gender. And it allows them to make more money by producing Plushy Dolls and other stuff...
