I didn't answer my own question
when people post their builds usually in the form of a picture of the skill calc (besides those two you linked) it doesn't show their general gunner skill tab so that doesn't mean they didn't add some points into those skills and also in videos just because they didn't use them doesn't mean they didn't add them either.
I didn't say I posted here for no reason; if I did please do quote me on that. I'm implying that UnPlayed's post are Useless.
And yes I do have my own build but what the f does that have to do with asking for opinions; everyone seems to do it and they don't get such a damn hard time about it; as for those builds; they may not be totally useless sorry it's just that I wasn't asking for a build at all just asking about two simple things and from what I've gathered some skills have changed since those builds were posted which is why I'm not following them.
Hand cannon mastery; opinion of it. All I'm asking.
General gunner skills; really just wondering if anyone even ups' any of these; or rather saves the points for launcher skills. Not getting BBQ so assuming it's not worth raising jack spike; that much I can gather.
If I'm not coming by clear I do apologize; I just wish people would try and help instead of assuming that I didn't already spend about 30+mins browsing the forums for the answers.
