Default >$150 graphics card

Hey all you techies,

My rustbucket (as I have affectionately named her) is due for a graphics upgrade, after I had to turn FFXIV down to a pissy mess to be able to play the other day.

I've got $150 tucked away for upgrades, and I'm looking at getting a graphics card (cause I got me some RAM and whatnot). Of course, I'm looking at building a new pc next year, so I'd prefer something thats SLI/crossfire compatible so I can slap it in my new rig next year, but if thats not feasible then it doesn't have to be SLI compatible.

I've been looking at these, so tell me what you think:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814141124 (with rebate)

Which of these would be the best bang for my buck? Just assume that I can run these, in regards to other suggestions.

No contest the 6870 is the best option. Even the 6850 beats the 550.
