Installed the game. Registered on Nexon. All is done properly, I read the guides carefully. Every time I'm trying to run the game i see this

Reinstalled the game like about 1000000 times, examined all language and encoding etc. settings, reinstalled IE, switched our-special-vpn on and off (btw it doesn't matter for Russia afais)...It doesn't work...I'll become an insomniac if u won't help me people. Really.
