Just in case there are still ppl out there who didnt manage to patch their clients yet:
download the arad.exe from here:

delete the following file:
localpackage.lst
then log in and click game start.
the launcher should run a file check and then patch the normal way skipping the arad.exe. at least this worked for my 2nd install.
