Also, I read somewhere else (I forgot where) that this guy was going to buy $10,000 or more worth of ISK (Eve online currency) in eve online on this website. It turned out that they didn't give him the ISK and although it got settled over in court he still came up empty handed.
Also just FYI you can buy game cards in the markets in eve online. For some people it's a new battleship while for others its a month of 2 of playing time. So you don't have to spend 15 dollars a month on it you could still very much earn it in game!
