Yeah I had that too...where the prompt would never go through after askin... I just turned off firewall, allowed a lot of other script types and whatnot to be viewed only when at the website (df.nexon.com) with pop ups allowed and any active X install prompts to proceed withou any halts. Eventually after messin with it like wiwe said I got it to work too, and you can have only your programs that aren't English run in Korean Unicode if you want, and dont have to change your whole system to it as long as you have ms app locale I believe.
