Sanguis followed the group, lagging behind everyone deep in thought about these new feelings. He was new to love, Sanguis hadn't even had a childhood crush, yet these emotions gave him strength. All other emotions had left the body of the half elf long ago, but now love shone through his eyes everytime the violet colored spheres fell upon Nel. To his friends it would encourage them, but enemies who tried to distroy the love in his eyes would see their own fear and death.

Sanguis shook his head and turned to see the group meeting up with two more figures. Moving quickly to ctch up he saw Niola talking to the strangers. Finally Sanguis caught up.

They both seemed kind and innocent, someting that didn't go well with war, "Pardon me for intruding, my name is Sanguis Morto. Now as you can see the academy is in ruins, I have never had much love for the building, but it is a sign, of war. Now if you don't have the ability to kill and to risk you're life at a moments noice then go, run, far away." After these words, Sanguis turned and took off his shirt to reveal a tatoo of amazing brilliance, a white snowflake like the clouds on a summer day, surrounded by red fire, the colour of blood.

"When I was a child there was no tatoo, but then the I killed a man and a faint shadow of the current tatoo appeared. Now it is an amazingly bright stain that reflects how many people I have killed. A curse from my father, to show how much blood shed I have caused." Sanguis turned back to the group putting his shirt back on and a slight breeze ruffled his light brown hair. "Now look into my eyes, what do you see?"

((In case you don't know Sanguis' father was a shade so that's is just the only physical feature that reflects this. Also his eyes are like mirrors, they show the beholder's feelings, instead of their reflection. This is because Sanuguis has no emotion in his eyes (unless, like it is explained in the first paragragh, he looks at Nel.) ))
