No we do not have sentry bots, nor are there police there, It's because there are so many of our people in this section (coorp + alliance) that other people do not want to go around shooting our ships, unless of course they like to be gang raped.
I did get taken down yesterday in my cruiser cause I was a few jumps too far from my section.
