Hi
I've played FlyFF for almost 4 years (since v11 <3) But I quit it due to the community issues and GM's didn't exactly listen to what the players had to say about the game. Also the game became pay-to-win. Without buying cash shop items you are pretty much not able to reach the max lvl. So I'm looking for a mmorpg that is comparable to FlyFF but with a better community and not from Gpotato. (-.-' gpotato *sigh*) I've already played Rose Online, Iris Online, Aika, Prius, Forsaken World, Ether Saga Online, Luna Online, Cabal, Lineage, WoW, Lucent heart, Runes of magic, Runescape. Thanks in advance. |

The gameplay mainly. but also the stats distribution. I'm not so good in making builds for my characters and when I see on forum 100 different builds I can choose from then I'm discouraged fast.
I don't really remember why I didn't want to play all these games. It's been months since I actually played a mmo. Also graphics in Aika and runes of magic were too dark Imo and character customization wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Mostly I decide not to continue on a mmo because it just doesn't feel right while playing. I know it is a very personal opinion and that it's not easy to answer to this but I'd really appreciate some recommandations. But in simple words what I'm looking for is: social mmorpg with cute graphics and a friendly & active community. One in which you can get max lvl without even considering buying things from cash shop. Easy to get addicted to. |

Easy builds: Maple Story
Not too dark: Maple Story / Runescape / Earth Eternal Social mmorpg with cute graphics: Maple Story / Trickster / Pangya! Pangya is a free game that has been selling on the Wii for $60:

I'd say Dragonica , it has cute graphics and it is quite fun even though I didn't get far in this game I think it's not cs dependant , also Elsword , though nearing the end lvls you have to repeat same dungeons over and over again (it's dungeon based)

I played Dragonica before. Got to lvl 10 and got bored of it.
Hmm.. Maplestory won't work either 'cause none of my friends is willing to play it (I try to drag my friends with me mostly). Eden eternal wasn't really a thing for me. I'll try Pangya this weekend, seems a nice game Thanks for the recommandations.. You guys got maybe some more games? And how about Dragon Nest or Priston Tale? Do you think they're worth trying/playing? Last edited by Chieri; 09-28-2011 at 05:21 PM. Reason: forgot to mention Priston Tale xD |

Dragon Nest? Definitely. However it is nothing like FlyFF in the sense that it is a game based on dungeon/instances and not an open MMORPG. Stat allocation is non existent and it's mainly equip based, however, you do need to give some thought to your skill build.
