League of Legends is nice... oh wait...

but really..u shouldnt be focusing on a game with past lvl 40+. most games have different level caps, so you'd at least have to give us a better description of what game ur looking for.. any game worth playing past lvl 40+ is pretty much opinions.. obviously those that never got past 40 probably never liked the game in the first place, while the ones willing to put work into leveling that far would already like it. hard to explain but...in short..
people who tend to put more time into the game are very much unlikely to dismiss it as a good game.

Runes of magic is fun to play ( til you have to pay to win ) but derp, you can easialy get cash shop money by grinding a bit of ingame currency and buy the CS currency of players.

wehh, that's my list for you, ooh, if you are into anime-fantashy ish type games, Fiesta is a good choice too

A good mmo witch is worth staying at til' level 40 is aq worlds, the level cap is 40 anyway.
Aq worlds is browser-based but a ton of fun, you can get free ac's just by watching ads, ac's are the currency of the game witch you have to pay real money for. You can also fight millions of monsters, and just as the name,AdventureQuestWorld suggests, the game has millions of quests and you can also suggest new armours and stuff on the BattleOn! Forums to be put in game!
