Support assist is simple: everything into INT.

Some people also put something into STA, but I think that's a waste. Eventually you'll get +40 STA from your Heap Up anyway, and when you're around monsters 20 levels or more ahead of you, a bit of STA isn't going to save you (my 100% INT Ringmaster often survives the first hit, so I can run).

Monsters at your own level are never a problem; my Ringmaster can usually kill them without needing food. It's a bit harder early on since you don't have buffs, or they are low level, but it will work out eventually. Besides, you can use monsters of much lower level to get PXP; I just prefer monsters of my level so I also get the chance for an item drop, and I want to collect missing quest items (if I'm not missing too many... I'll probably skip the dumptires, and didn't get enough Wheeshoes either).
Along the same lines, if they are just a bit ahead they are not a threat even with base STA.

Items for the job change --- no idea.

Went back to Cabal for a bit, but PK isn't my thing at all, so I don't know how long I'll stay this time.

Also, being a Full Support (FS) Assist really picks fast at arounf level 40 or so. Level 55+ characters begin looking for assists or partners so they can level fast. Basically you get plvled the whole game.

They also rely on your Buff up, Heal, Ress, Cannon ball, Quick Step, Beef up and mental. for the 1st class of an assist.

2nd class i think needs all skills.
