So he changed your password and email, and then asks you to somehow make 200mil, knowing that there's no way you could if you made a brand new account.
How'd he get your email for it in the first place? Did you run around screaming it out ingame?
Knowing how paranoid I am, I'd say you're the one trying to scam someone out of 200mil. If atlantica is so easy to level in as everyone claims, then just use your second account and be more careful.
