A Tale In The Desert *Egyptian MMORPG; same genre as Minecraft, but with the emphasis on crafting rather than on mining

Hmm. And then most of the MMOs from the 90s

I know that magic doesn't count as medieval, but... Ooh what about that... Hmm. Drat I forgot. There were two games: one with dragons and one that was dead - that people had recommended to me. I believe they also fit.

You can also try BattleForge. In fact I might redownload it now that my computer is newer. As well as Mount&Blade.
