I'm looking for mmos that are really populated and won't die anytime soon. I hate investing time into a game that ends up dying out.

So far I have played is
Maplestory
LoL
Silkroad
Vindictus
Mabinogi
Dragon Nest

i am really not too picky about the game, as long as it is very populated and free

Uncharted Waters Online is free and has friendly and big population. Especially now that they're having month-long events, think the pop would still go up.

can second UWO it is populated and stuff..also runes of magic,fiesta,and flyff are proly gonna be around forever

Got to agree with ya. It's global so you can meet lotsa players from different countries. Last premium ticket blast attracted many inactive players to go back playing.
