i bought a DV7 about 5 months ago and already I've sent this ***** back 3 times, what's worse I'm thinking I might have to send it back AGAIN!
Does anyone else have this laptop? Have you had any problems with yours?

What makes it worse the customer representative is either an *** whole who gets snooty if I'm not quiet sure how to do something and he has to walk me through it.
Or and I get some outsourced Indiana lady that barely speaks above a whisper, with an accent so bad I can't understand her.
