Im trying to play arad senki, but i can go further than this, i cant create a character or choose a server, can somebody help me out?

Arad Senki IP blocks all non Japanese IPs.

Which means you'll have to go through the horrible trouble of using a shoddy proxy and proxifier (which is less of a problem).
