If Treys "knowledge" is what the average teen has in terms of sexual education, i'm surprised more teens aren't getting pregnant(and yes i'm well aware that teen pregnancy is almost an epidemic now days).

Sex was meant as a means to procreate. A woman's body has specialized components to help with this. Assuming the man isn't shooting blanks, sperm can live 3-5 days in a woman's reproductive tract. While it's just 'waiting' there, a woman has cells that act as an egg's "entourage" to weed out unworthy sperm. The only sperm that are worthy are those that complete the competence phase. Being competent means they are mature enough to sense the location and get close to the entourage and didn't die. This is one of the mechanisms homo sapiens have to protect against polyspermy.

I'd rather not think of this as a "hate treyn" and more of lesson for other members, guests, visitors on the dangers of sex because a lot of people think the way you do/did. Lots of people think "i don't have STDs and neither does my partner so we're safe". Bull and shit. If you are in an exclusive relationship and know for a fact your partner isn't cheating then awesome. but the thing is the OP did cheat. Let's consider that a 'lie' since it was dishonest. If you are cheating and the extra partner knows, why would you think they should be honest about their sexual well being and health? That's a lot of risk. But ok. let's assume the person you were cheating with was "clean". Since you have an aversion to condoms, you could've knocked two women up.

There's just so many moments where I want to say back in my day, we didn't have the internet available every where we went but we knew how to get access to stuff about sex and STDs and still make smart decisions without having to say 'hey mom there's this guy I really like and we have sex every time you're not home without a condom and today I found out I could get pregnant even though he pulls out.' There's absolutely no excuse why kids today who almost literally have the world at their finger tips shouldn't be able to educate themselves a tiny bit before having sex while stupid.

And I'm not trying to "rant at" or "shame Treyn. Just trying to put the message out there that situations like this shouldn't happen this often. (I've seen this crap in schools, neighborhoods, and on the news and quite frankly it's atrocious.)

I remember growing up and getting the sex talk form both my parents. My dad (typical man) told me as 'straight' as he could. "One day, a man will try to get a ball in your net. It is your job to be the best damn goalie and keep it from going in." And tomboy that I was I completely understood him (though he was way too late and mom beat him to it).
My mom was all "Your dad and I have sex. One day a man is going to want to suck on [body part] ---" and I went screaming from the room. Because of the first sentence, I just lost it. Once I got those bad images out of my head she gave me the talk about dating and sex.. She went through the whole list of crappy pick up lines, excuses, exceptions to the rules:

- if a guy thinks the only way to prove you love him is to sleep with him then he doesn't know what love it
- if a guy tries to force you to sleep with him show his [censor] some affection. With your foot or a baseball bat. Then call me, your dad, or any of your aunts and uncles.
- if you are in a guy's house for the first time, make sure you know every available exit and can id at least one object that can work as a weapon.
- if he leaves you stranded in the middle of nowhere, find a well lit area and a payphone call collect if you have to.
- if he has a car, and you want to go with him, you better see a license. If a guy old enough to drive a car wants to take you out, we'll talk about that when that time comes
- some guys think condoms are uncomfortable. Bullshit. For every man and his comfort needs there is a condom made for him.
- some guys say condoms don't fit. bring him to me. I'll make it fit.
- sex feels better without a condom. It takes five minutes tops to exchange bodily fluids. Everything else is foreplay or an attempt to make the moment more romantic. If he still doesn't want to use a condom and you sleep with him you better hope for an std cause if you get knocked up, there is nothing short of your daddy dying that will stop him from killing the baby daddy and sending you to a convent.
- neither of us have diseases so we don't have to worry. If he's trying to screw my baby, condom or no condom, he better worry. And at your age if you're having sex without a condom you obviously aren't mature enough to have sex.
- oral isn't sex so it doesn't matter. You can't get pregnant from oral but you can get a disease from oral. If you think he is or could be lying about this, you shouldn't have sex with him at all
- we can have sex while on your period cause then we know for sure you can't get pregnant. (Yes people thought that in my area when I was growing up) Any man that wants to willingly have sex with a PMS-ing woman let alone be in the same room with one isn't a real man. Not to mention that's unhealthy.
- some guys might want to put their 'junk' in your rear end. Dear, if you want to do that, chances are I won't know and so won't be able to stop you. But babe, the moment you consent to this you will never [censor] the same way again.
- some guys might want to sleep with you just to brag and say they did. If you have sex with somebody they better be damn special and you better be damn sure you're ready.
- sex can be a pleasurable thing if it's with the right person. Do not do drugs and have sex. Some guys think it's fun to humiliate a girl who is intoxicated by getting her to do things she would never normally do or ever consent to. And if that ever happens you better leave a bloody trail right to your dad. If he can't hide the evidence he knows somebody that can.
- any STD caused by a virus is not curable. Any STD caused by a bacteria is if you catch it in time. If you are not comfortable talking to me about this you can talk to your PCP (primary care physician) or I can arrange for you to have an appointment with my ob/gyn.
- don't use lamb/wolf/sheep skin condoms. those are porous and not as effective as laytex.
- If you end up on the Jenny Jones show you will not be living in this house.
- If you are pregnant and you know who the dad is, lie and say he died or else your daddy will kill anything with a [censor] in a 3 mile radius. If you don't know who the dad is, lie and say he died or your daddy will kill anything with a [censor] in a 3 mile radius
- you can't wash or douche to prevent pregnancy/std. not unless you can remove your uterus and cervix and clean the whole thing with bleach and put it back in
- If the pull out method does work, it won't for guys in your age group. they don't have that kind of control. and if they do where were they when i was a teenager
- if a guy has to ask "which hole" is it, put your clothes on and walk away
- sometimes a guy might kiss and bite you on places like your neck, maybe your thigh. You come in the house with a passion mark and your daddy sees it, we have a problem
- if a man ever hits you or physically abuses you, there is a problem. I didn't pay for self defense, your dad didn't teach you self defense, and your Aunt didn't teach you how to throw a temper tantrum, just so you can stand there and say "i can't believe you just hit me"
- if you find yourself in an abusive relationship and stay in it, i don't care how old you are, I'm gonna beat the [censor] out of you my damn self for being so stupid.
- there's nothing wrong with a girl paying and exerting her financial independence. If he can't/won't pay you better use a condom. (Dad said: he pays or he's a free loader. You don't have financial independence if you're on a date. Who the hell said you could date?)
- sex won't make a relationship better. having a baby won't make a relationship better. Do not be like those girls that try anything to keep a man. If he can't understand how precious you are, let him go. He can be replaced.
- if you are having sex, "faster and harder" does not mean "best I ever had"

Then i got older
- if he can drive, you better remember plate numbers
- if he is drinking, you better not let him drive.
- if he is smoking, your dad better not find out
- don't try to pull the "i'm going to a sleep over" excuse on me.
- Dad said: if you have to show more skin than your birthday suit, to get a man he doesn't deserve you.
- Maternal Grandmom: girl, you have to the count of zero to close your shirt and get your *** inside this house. You boy, you are on private property. get off or die. And then she cackled and pointed at the boy running off her lawn and said, "if you're gonna get caught with a boy at least get caught with one that isn't afraid of old ladies."

I'm sure I'm missing a bunch of other rules and whatnot. But the point I'm trying to make is both my parents worked. My grandmom still works. I really don't understand where people went wrong with not getting information about sex.

I wish the 80s/90s were back, people were more open to talk about sex and all the risks/etc as it wasn't considered taboo.

Aside from the technicalities:
There is no point in teaching a kid information, if it's too dumb to act on it. It's nice to try but if it works or not depends on good luck and not the kid.

However, we are talking about an adult here, so yea...
