You are missing my point because you are focusing in on the elemental charges WK's get and therefore should train on monsters who are weak to them. I'm simply trying to explain, WK's can do decent damage on neutral element enemies provided you are using good gear. Their damage potential in a single hit or DPS isn't as good as some of the other jobs, however for training purposes they can still do decent damage on neutral element monsters provided they have decent gear even after having the charges. That's all I'm saying.
Of course they do more with the charges, no one is disputing that.
Of course it would be better to exploit their elemental charges on monsters weak to them, I'm not disputing that either. They are not limited to only those types of monsters those are just usually the best ones to train on. In some cases though, once you reach a certain amount of base damage, you can train at a number of spots. Ice charge's ability to freeze is a primary reason people go for it anyway, not for the elemental bonus damage.

I get your point... But why should a WK still train on something they can't kill easily? (point can be disputed on the ever popular WR map..)
