The number of offensive moves a Necro has is very, very limited and requires the aid of Ballacre or Nicholas in order to cast out higher level damage skills. As such, a delay starting cast time is not viable for Necros and you will never see that nerf happening, ever.

If they want to nerf, nerf Ballacre. This is a beastly apport in terms of damage, range and utility. Ballacre can also grab enemies in Mid-Air using the grapple attack or with Ambition, which I use often to knock off 75% of a rogue's HP who is flying in mid-air. Btw, Ballacre's grapple hitbox is extremely large and works uber well against Tornadoes and Champions (with that crappy superarmor buff). If you get knocked down, Ballacre can act independently and use the charge attack to knock back the opponent.

Nicholas' 흡기암경파 is extremely useful in Team PvP as it can render them immobile for a short duration, allowing your team to pummel the opponents without any retaliation.

Personally, I recommend Necros to max out Magic Critical. The damage output is insane if you do due to multi hit skills.

He does have a certain degree of superarmor against normal attacks. This also includes skills that deal damage but with no additional effects.
