i live in Singapore and i've tried to connect to Arad Senki with no avail -

i can login to www.arad.jp without the use of proxies, but i can never get past the server selection screen (i choose server 1, then choose channel 1, then a pop up says connection has failed and that i need to read the FAQ if problem persists), i've tried multiple channels and both server 2 and they both don't work

when i try using the PacketIX vpn, i can't get the vpn to work either - after i create the virtual network adapter and set up the properties as mentioned, i get a repeated timeout for connecting to public.softether.com

any assistance? thanks in advance
