The left pic is from the box of the 007 Golden Eye game for Nintendo 64 (the movie posters etc had the same one). The right hand of Bond where he's holding a gun just looks weird, like it's actually part of his face (it's just mainly in that pic but it's still funny). Therefore someone has drawn a pic of what it looks like when you see it ;P
