Okay, so I'm finishing up on my computer build and I need to make a decision on a motherboard and to be completely fair, I'm utterly ignorant when it comes to them. I would normally pick them on their peripheral connectors and such. I'll be picking up a i5 2500k CPU and throwing 8gb of memory in it. So far, I've been looking at either the GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 or the ASUS P8Z68-V PRO.

What would be best or is there something else I should be looking at all together? They are the price range I am looking at though. If I've missed some information out please let me know.
