im stuck at this quest , if u can translate this pls help

seems like

"[LV41 Find the Abandoned Theater]"
Investigate Theater 1 (극장 1을) and then go back to Elmira (엘마)
On the first floor Pull Both Levers (레버를 두 개 모두 당기셔야) and the quest will complete

극장 1을 조사한 뒤 엘마에게 돌아오십시오.
그장 1층의 레버를 두 개 모두 당기셔야 퀘스트가 완료됩니다.
