gotta love media coverage on celebrities~ and people trying to defile those said celebrities.

In a paternity lawsuit, the woman reportedly claims that she and Bieber had sex backstage at one of his L.A. concerts in October of 2010, and she's requesting the 17-year-old star take a DNA test to "scientifically confirm" that he's the father. She's also asking the court to help her secure child support.

"None of those allegations are true," Bieber said on "Today." "I know I'm going to be a target, but I'm not going to be a victim."

He added that after his concerts, "I've gone right from the stage right to my car, so it's crazy that some people want to make up false allegations. To set the record straight, none of it is true...[I've] never met the woman."

Meanwhile, Yeater's lawyers told Dr. Drew on Thursday that they think it's highly unlikely that Bieber is not the father.

“In the relevant time period, she wasn't having sex with anyone else,” one of Yeater's attorneys, Matt Pare, said. “That's how we know Justin Bieber is, in fact, the father of the baby ... we need the paternity test to verify that scientifically, 100-percent. It is a modest request. We’re not asking for an exorbitant amount of money. We need him to step up and take the test.”

So far, Pare and his colleague Lance Rogers say that they haven't heard from Bieber's lawyers, although they'd like to in order to "open a dialogue." Pare and Rogers also claim they have additional evidence - "credible evidence that supports he is the father" - that hasn't been released to the media.

The two say they haven't provided this information to the public because they "want to give Justin Bieber an opportunity to come to us and resolve this."

As far as whether Yeater is also opening herself up to a statutory rape charge, since Yeater was 19 when she alleges that she had sex with a then 16-year-old Bieber, Pare says Yeater wouldn't "technically" face criminal liability.

"Here is another thing that's legally significant," Pare told Dr. Drew. "Under California law, the difference in age is less than three years – then it is only a misdemeanor. If that's the case, she may be on the hook for a misdemeanor; $5,000 penalty."

she need proof if she dont have proof it never happen. she need the DNA test paper scan and post it up and be confirm from the DNA tester. if she dont do this then she should be get fine for make false claims

justin just take the test and get over with lol

If he isn't the father, than he should have no problems taking the DNA test.

There are a few reasons. For one, if he took the test now plenty more girls would show up claiming the same thing. She's just some woman who's either crazy or out to ruin Beiber's reputation. The best he can do is just ignore her.

i got a kick from the "bring down his fame" thing you said, if anything this just increases it, gives him more time in the media then he was already getting, unless of course he is found to be the father that would probably have some pretty hefty negative effects on his fame.

But if he took the test without any reluctance, then wouldn't they know he isn't afraid of taking the test and therefore claiming the same thing would only ruin their reputation? After a while wouldn't there also be disbelief if it happened 2-3 times and none of the test showed positive? It would be like the boy who cried wolf.

On the other hand if he ignores her and then another person claims and he ignores her aswell, wouldn't that only hurt his reputation and make it seem like he has something to hide?

he should just take the test. then make joke say wow this chick want me soo bad they say i pregent them. if he want to be pranker need to take on this type of people not just ignore them.
