Netflix is like youtube right?
Maybe it's a buffering problem. Just wait a minute or 2-3 before starting to watch the video. (basically what blaze says, ISP or netflix lagging up.) If it's actual playback lag, try to reinstall/update your browser and flash player.

Doubtful. If your router's messed up, every device would feel it once they hit the magic spot of too much data throughput.
What's your speed?

According to google, 8Mbps should be more than enough for HD-streaming. :|
I have no clue what the cause might be than. Maybe it's better to contact their support?
