User CP to check for visitor messages? Hmm.

Private Messages: Unread 0, Total 161.
It says private messages but when I get a visitor message it does show in there as Your Notifications: 1. If I got a visitor and a private message for example I will see Your Notifications n the top right corner of the forum. When I click it says something like 1 private and 1 visitor so I can choose which to go to.? Only PMs pop up for me though not visitor messages. But it'll still show bolded in my lil welcome box.
To check my posts I just go to my profile and "find more posts by this user" vs. posting and doing that thingy.
