Well I got some good news and some bad.......I finished picking up Skyrim... I get home and turn on my PC... Bam artifact city

I have a zotac gts 250 512mb.... It ran solid for so long, played everything I've thrown at it so far but the other day it was so hot in here (NYC whether flactuating to freaking much, i have a antec 900 and im close to window so heat isnt always an issue) and me and some buds were Lanning Saints row the third and I guess I beat it up too much. Well I was thinking of upgrading for a while so this was a sign to go ahead and do it. What are my other specs that are relevant?

800W PSU therma telk
MSI P45 NEO2 mobo
4 gigs of ram
Q9550 QUAD 2.83GHZ

I guess thats pretty much all you guys need, my budget is $70ish since this kind of an impromptu event. I don't want to do any MIR for anything above 75ish cause I've always had bad experiences with MIR. I've looked at a couple cards myself like the ati 5570 etc but I want you guys input first.

Best card for the price according to tomshardware, so go for it.
