As far as I know, the difference between Netmarble and gPotato versions of Uncharted Waters Online is that gPotato, same as Netmarble, is a game portal which channels games published by different companies. And when you create an account in netmarble, you should download the game client of UWO from netmarble site not in gpotato site,same as with gpotato. They still share the same server but with different login portals/launcher.
