First off, this is for real. This is my son and my ex-wife in the video. You will also see my 14yo daughter in it too.

This is what my ex (Tonia Fujimoto) posted on her wall:

The first time I talked to them they said that there was audio where you could hear her calling for help but they were not on camera and that was about 10 in the morning when I got that call and then I called them after 3 in the afternoon and was told that there was no audio and that I was not allowed to see the tape due to confidetiality.

This is wrong on so many levels. I am tired of this bull shit. At this point, I do not know what to do except spread the word and hope that people will come forth and help him and my ex.

I just got Aleczander and Alizabeth back in my life. If they do detain him and place him in juvi, they would have to place him in solitary confinement due to the special nature. If something like this happens, it will imprint on him something harsh. I cannot let this happen.

Please spread this to the four corners of the world. I want EVERYONE know how heartless this school district is.

A boy with mental(right?don't know much of these syndroms) illness, school refusing to cooperate, doesn't allow to see the tape and etc. refusals.

All I smell is school losing in the court. I don't know how it is over there in USA but here it's a completely won case against school.

I have a brother with such syndrome ... its pathetic how people refuse them just because they are different ! For what reasons they have to do such things its pathetic in so many levels racism how can we family from such children turn around and not look ... it only shows HOW ALL THESE PEOPLE NEVER HAD A HARD LIFE ! ... NEVER HAD THESE CHALLENGES IN LIFE ... i want to see everyones LIFE if they also had such a child !
I love my brother very much and i would do such a thing like cyber did and i would do everything i can for him...

I dont care how its spread, I care that the world should know. Yes, it is my son, but who else? I am tired of this fight. Been fighting this fight with schools for a long long time. The truth needs to be known on how many school districts actually feel about special needs.

Down syndrome usely have problem with speaking and thinking. usely they most stay act like 5 year all there life. i know 3 people with this disabitly. they have problem understand soo they show there emotion in 5 year old manner

This teacher need to get fired. they not teaching kids
