my security system is Norten
But Actually ive done so, ive deactivated my security system and it works but now im getting an error screen >.<; when i try to extract the patch files into the mstar folder. It keeps saying Non 7-zip archive. what do i do?? >.< |

Can you please help me?
Okay I've done all the steps that you stated. 1st, I've done registering. 2nd, I've done downloading the client. (Using method 1) 3rd, I've done downloading the patch. (Using method 2) 4rd, I've done extract all those downloaded file. My problem now is, the next step, I've clicked on the Mstar icon on my desktop, which is in other word, I open the game up. But still, nothing happen. I clicked on it several times and nothing happen. I've restart & shut down my laptop and open it again but still, nothing happen. Help me please. Thank you. =D |

I'm sure you've tried this, but it's always worth a shot.
1.) Right click the Mstar icon and click "Run as administrator" 2.) Next either Ctrl+Alt+Del, or just Right click your taskbar (on your desktop) and open up "Task Manager" 3.) Now there should be tabs at the top of the task manager pop-up menu that says "Applications" "Processes" "Services" click the one that says "Processes" 4.) Check to see if "NurienMstarTHI" is among the processes list. 5.) If not, more than likely a program on your computer (I'd bet on your antivirus/firewall) is preventing the game from running. Try to disable it temporarily. 6.) If it is on the list, you could try running it through the folder..... Normally in your C drive-----Ini3----Mstar----Click on "Mstar" application. |

Thank you !! Now it's working and start to patch file. Thanks for the quick reply, I'll join your Unknown crew soon. X)
And one more question, what is the use of English patch? What's the difference between English and TH patch? Okay now it's really a problem. I don't know what's wrong .After the patch file process ends, it automatically redirected me to web and blablabla. Then after that I tried to open the game, successful. Enter ID and password for login, pass. Then I click Game Start. After it loads for a while, the empty bar is filled with pink colour fully and then suddenly, it disappears. The whole Mstar windows disappears. And then a there is a small pop-up. What happened? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Now about your problem, I'm assuming your game closed out before gameguard could load, so unless I'm mistaken, there must be an issue with your gameguard folder. Normally some programs tend to conflict with gameguard, you could try each of the following: 1.) Restarting your computer 2.) Disabling your anti-virus 3.) Deleting the game guard folder (A new one should re-patch) Or you might just want to try and enable a thai proxy when patching, and see if that helps. |
