I want a mmorpg just like the old tibia game , pvp in all the world map kinda like 2d map with 3d characters i want to pvp and also hunt with the danger that i can get killed by someone it doesnt matter if it is p2p or f2p i just want to find a good game with a good pvp system.

Terraria has a few PvP-servers. It is also 2d.
Ragnarok Online has a good PvP system but it takes forever to level-up on the normal rates servers. I highly-recommend Ragnarok. There are also many similar games. I believe Conquer Online was a game that I played after Tibia.

I also recommend Ragnarok ONline, Perfect World Online, Rohan Online, They are all have a good pvp system. Also might wanna try Uncharted Waters Online, It has a great game play ^^

What about gameplay over graphics?

If you want to PvP, play a B2P MMORPG game or play a FPS/RTS.
I'd still recommend a good FPS/RTS.
Finding a decent free PvP MMORPG is hard as hell, if not impossible.

Not really. There are several dozen MMOs with excellent PvP. Many of them have no playerbase.
